About Paul Garcia: Paul started his recruiting career in 2003 with Manpower,Inc, a Fortune 500 company, where he learned the foundations of staffing and recruiting. He then honed his headhunting skills at WilsonHCG where he first received exposure to the financial services industry.

Paul then spent eight years at Raymond James Financial where he supported all of the revenue-producing areas, including but not limited to the Private Client Group, Asset Management Services, and Capital Markets while also working with the C-level suite. Paul managed a team of recruiters ranging from three to ten and helped launch the recruiting strategy for the Financial Advisor Trainee program.

Glenn Gonzales - Founder
About Glenn Gonzales:  Prior to forming Jet It, Glenn provided transportation solutions as the Regional Sales Manager for the Eastern United States for Honda Aircraft Company. In this role, Glenn developed and executed a sales, communication, marketing business plan, and strategy to sell Honda’s first venture into aviation, the $5M+ HondaJet.
  
Preceding his efforts with Honda Aircraft Company, Glenn performed a sales support role as an International Demonstration Captain for Gulfstream Aerospace Company. Glenn began his career in the USAF as a T-38A Instructor Pilot and his military career culminated as an F-15C Flight Commander and 4-Ship Flight Lead. Glenn also participated as an active member of the US Embassy Kyrgyz Republic Country Team while deployed during OPERATION ENDURING FREEDOM.

Mr. Gonzales has MBA from the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina, and a Masters in Aeronautical Sciences from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. He completed his undergraduate studies at the United States Air Force Academy earning a B.S. degree in Behavioral Sciences with a concentration in Human Factors Engineering.

T. Ted Motheral
About T. Ted Motheral:  Ted is Chair of Walter | Haverfield’s Business Services group, which includes more than two dozen business and transactional lawyers. He focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, as well as private debt and equity financing. Ted has experience in leading transactions for multi-million dollar acquisitions and has represented borrowers and lenders in multi-million dollar debt offerings. He is also experienced in advising

John Sullivan - Head of Network Development

Harris Baltch - Head of M&A and Capital Strategies 
About Harris Baltch:  Mr. Baltch is responsible for leading Dynasty’s M&A and Capital Strategies division. Prior to joining Dynasty, Harris spent nearly a decade at UBS Investment Bank where he was an Executive Director in the firm’s Financial Institutions Group. While at UBS, Harris originated, led and executed over $10 billion of strategic M&A and capital market transactions for companies in the asset and wealth management industry.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Baltch worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in the Banking and Capital Markets Group. He has over 15 years of financial services experience and earned his M.B.A. from the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University. He also received a B.S. in Accounting at Binghamton University and is a certified public accountant, registered in the State of New York.




Matt Kilgroe - President/CEO of Cyndeo Wealth Partners
About Matt Kilgroe:  Prior to launching Cyndeo Wealth Partners in 2020, Matt ran advisory teams at Merrill Lynch and UBS Financial for 29 years. Providing guidance, counsel, and strategy for families the firm serves is Matt’s passion.
