An award-winning researcher recognized for his groundbreaking work on chronic pain and conative stress, Warren bridges science and storytelling to reveal how instinctive energy, when misaligned, creates tension in both people and performance. His insights empower CEOs, executives, and teams across North America to reduce resistance, restore alignment, and soar together—just like geese in the V formation, achieving 71% greater efficiency when they fly as one. Imagine the efficiency of the V formation, with the harmony of a symphony orchestra.

It’s rare to find an event that blends high-level strategic insights with practical, actionable tools but EWAS always delivers. Every session and conversation was relevant and forward-thinking. The networking alone was invaluable, and I walked away with ideas, resources, and connections that will directly impact how we lead and support our advisers moving forward. Highly recommended EWAS for those who wants to stay ahead of the curve.
I've attended EWAS for two years in a row, and it continues to be one of the most valuable events in our industry. What sets it apart is the holistic lens it brings—combining strategy, innovation, and personal growth in a way that challenges how we think about the future of wealth advisory.
